Video – How to Make Healthy Herbal Tea. Quick and Easy!

So, quick little video here. I recently shared with you my fat burning green lemonade but I have another beverage that’s something I absolutely love to drink, particularly in the summer months. What I do is take this 32oz carafe and put purified water in it and I use herbal tea. One of my favorites is this Wild Berry Zinger by Celestial Seasonings. I take about 3 tea bags out of here and I just drop it in the water and put it in the refrigerator overnight. I don’t eat very much sugar, in fact I really limit the amount of fruit and fructose in my diet, so I have to tell you this tastes as sweet as a soft drink to me. You can add a little bit of lemon juice to it. I do enjoy it cold with a few ice cubes. As I do with my fat burning lemonade, sometimes in the summer I’ll do purified water but a little bit of mineral water if I want something sparkling. It is yummy! So, if you have any favorite beverages that are healthy that you’d like to share with me I would love to hear about it, but hopefully you will try my Wild Berry Zinger tea. There’s a lot of companies out there with great teas, and Celestial Seasonings makes other flavors, they do make a lemon zinger I think if you like that as well.
